Pesto Chicken Sauce

Ingredients
- Olive Oil
- Red Onions
- Mixed Vegetable
- Boneless Chicken
Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted water as per box instructions. Drain and set aside. Do not rinse.
- In a new pan, add olive oil enough to coat. Sauté diced onions until opaque or golden.
- Bake chicken thighs in oven at 375 Degree Celcius for 30 minutes
- Dice cooked chicken thighs when they have cooled
- Add pesto, mixed vegetable penne, and chicken at the same time.
- Toss and serve.
