Pesto Chicken Sauce

Ingredients

  • Olive Oil
  • Red Onions
  • Mixed Vegetable
  • Boneless Chicken

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted water as per box instructions.  Drain and set aside.  Do not rinse.
  2. In a new pan, add olive oil enough to coat.  Sauté diced onions until opaque or golden.
  3. Bake chicken thighs in oven at 375 Degree Celcius for 30 minutes
  4. Dice cooked chicken thighs when they have cooled
  5. Add pesto, mixed vegetable penne, and chicken at the same time.
  6. Toss and serve.
